Ingredients:
• Potatoes, boiled – 2
• Soya granules, boiled and strained – 1/2 cup
• Carrots, boiled – 1
• Onion, chopped – 1
• Green chilli, chopped – 1
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder- 1 tsp
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• Amchur – 1 tsp
• Bread crumbs – 2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1tsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Take a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, soya granules, finely chopped carrot, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Mix well.
- Mix all the masalas with the chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
- Add to the vegetables and mix well to form a dough.
- Make small balls, shape into patties and keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- Shallow-fry it and serve with tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle chaat masala before serving.
