Ingredients:

• Potatoes, boiled – 2
• Soya granules, boiled and strained – 1/2 cup
• Carrots, boiled – 1
• Onion, chopped – 1
• Green chilli, chopped – 1
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder- 1 tsp
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• Amchur – 1 tsp
• Bread crumbs – 2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1tsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  1. Take a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, soya granules, finely chopped carrot, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Mix well.
  2. Mix all the masalas with the chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
  3. Add to the vegetables and mix well to form a dough.
  4. Make small balls, shape into patties and keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  5. Shallow-fry it and serve with tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle chaat masala before serving.
