• 2 cups – soybeans (soaked in water for 8 hours)
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 4 – Green chillies
• Rice Flour – 1-2 tsp (optional)
- Grind the soyabeans in a grinder, with ginger, salt and chillies to taste.
- Add water and flour till you get the consistency of idli-atta.
- Heat a non-stick pan, pour about 2 large spoons of soya mixture. Spread with a spoon, cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Flip and cook other side without covering.
