Ingredients:

• 500 grams – minced Beef or Mutton
• 100 grams – Mushrooms chopped
• 2 large Onions chopped
• 1 tbsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 100 grams – spaghetti
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Celery
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onions and chopped garlic till brown.
  2. Add the minced beef/mutton, mushrooms, tomato puree, salt, pepper, celery and mix well. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. While the mince is cooking, boil the spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and add it to the mince.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with toast and mashed tomatoes.
