Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – fine dried breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup – chopped Celery
• 500 g – spaghetti, boiled in salted water,drained and transferred to a warm bowl
• 250 g – meat, cooked
• 3 to 4 tbsp – Olive oil
• 2 Cloves – garlic, minced
• 3 tbsps – unsalted butter, melted and kept warm
• 5.5 tbsp – grated parmesan cheese
• salt and freshly ground pepper

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, warm the oil on medium heat, add the garlic and breadcrumbs.
  2. Stir the saute until the mixture is golden in colour.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the butter, celery, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, meat, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the spaghetti.
  5. Toss and mix well.
  6. Serve immediately.
