Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 1 cup – urad dhal
• 1 cup – Red Chillies
• 100 g – small onions.

Method:

  1. First roast channa dhal, urad dal, chillies and powder them with salt.
  2. Cut the small onion finely, fry it well with oil and add the powder to this.
  3. This will go very well with dosas and idlis.
