• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 1 cup – urad dhal
• 1 cup – Red Chillies
• 100 g – small onions.
- First roast channa dhal, urad dal, chillies and powder them with salt.
- Cut the small onion finely, fry it well with oil and add the powder to this.
- This will go very well with dosas and idlis.
