• 14 oz. – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 gallon – whole Milk
• 1/4 cup – white Vinegar
• 2 tsp – clarified Butter
• Ground Cardamom (elaichi)
• Few strands of Saffron


  1. Bring milk to a boil.
  2. Add white vinegar to it to make paneer.
  3. Drain water in a muslin cloth.
  4. Wash well and then mash the paneer with your hands.
  5. In a skillet at medium heat, add clarified butter and mashed paneer.
  6. Stir it properly till water evaporates (approx 10 min).
  7. Add sweetened condensed milk to it.
  8. Continue stirring till excess water evaporates.
  9. It should have medium soft consistency.
  10. Remove it from heat and add to it saffron and cardamom.
  11. Spread the hot mixture in a greased plate.
  12. Let it cool.
  13. Cut it in desired shapes and it is ready to serve.
