Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – semolina
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 4 – Green chillies chopped,
• 2 – Tomatoes chopped,
• Salt to taste,
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• 6 slices – Bread
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except bread and make a smooth, thick paste.
  2. Cut bread slice into 4 square pieces.
  3. Cover one side of the bread with the paste.
  4. Deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve.
