Ingredients:
• 1 cup – yellow split moong dal
• 1 cup – raw Rice
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 – Onion
• 25 gm – Ginger
• 50 gm – grated Coconut
• Finely chopped coriander – to garnish
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Soak rice and dal separately for 6 hrs.
- Grind the dal and rice separately to a medium thick consistency.
- Now, grind the ginger, chillies, onion and coconut to a fine consistency and mix it well with the batter.
- Finally add salt and chopped coriander leaves.
- Use either a non-stick or a conventional tava to prepare the dosa.
