Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 3 – onions, chopped
• 5 – green chillies, slit
• 1 big – tomato, chopped
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 piece – Cinnamon stick
• 4 – Cloves
• 3 – Cardamom
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, chillies, tomato, ginger-garlic paste. Saute well.
  2. To this, add the spices, salt and the mutton and cook well.
  3. Once cooked, add the coconut milk, pepper powder and boil till the mutton is cooked.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
