Ingredients:
• Rice – 4 tbsp
• Sugar – 15 tbsp
• Milk – 3 to 4 cups
• A few pieces of cashew nuts, Cardamom and Raisins
• Ghee – 4 tbsp
Method:
- Give rice a short spin in the mixer.
- Roast it in 1 tsp of ghee till it is hot.
- Roast cashewnuts, cardamom and raisins in the ghee and keep aside.
- In a cooker, mix milk, powdered rice and. Give it 4 to 5 whistles.
- Cool and open. Add sugar and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with roasted cashewnuts, raisins and cardamom and serve.
