Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Palak
• 2 cups – Channa dal
• 2 – Onions
• 4 – slit Green chillies
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak channa dal in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chopped green chillies, onions and curry leaves.
  4. Fry till onions are light brown.
  5. Add channa dal, palak, turmeric and salt pressure cook for up to 3 whistles.
  6. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
