Special Paneer Samosa

Ingredients:

• 200 g – low cal Paneer
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain
• 1/2 cup – boiled, mashed green gram
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala
• salt and oil to taste

Method:

  1. Add salt to maida and mix in a bowl; add ajwain.
  2. Add 1 tsp oil and 1/4 cup water to make a thick dough.
  3. For the stuffing, mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
  4. Doll out the dough into a circle and shape into a cone. Dampen the edges.
  5. Fill the cone with the stuffing and close the edges.
  6. Deep-fry the samosas and serve hot with ketchup.
