Ingredients:
• 2 – medium green mangoes
• 10-12 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – black salt
• 1/2 tsp – roasted Cumin seed
• 3 cups – water
Method:
- Boil the green mangoes thoroughly in a pressure cooker with water.
- Remove the pulp and strain it.
- Then add 3 cups of water to it.
- Add salt, black salt, sugar, powdered cumin and stir well with a spoon.
- Serve it cold with ice.
