Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 5 or 6 – Curry leaves
• 4 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 – 4 tbsp – crushed Tomato
• salt to taste
Method:
- Add oil to a non-stick pan.
- When hot (not smoking) add mustard, urad, onions and curry leaves.
- When the onions are cooked, add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook until a raw smell from the tomatoes disappears.
- Now add the cooked rice and stir.
- Serve hot with some yogurt or chips.
