Ingredients:
• 200 g – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1/2 cup – shredded Cabbage
• 1/2 cup – French beans
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Carrots
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – green chillies, minced
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 to 3 Cloves – garlic, crushed
• 1.5 inch piece – ginger, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin power
• 3 tbsp – paneer, cubed
• Gram flour for dusting
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- In 3 tbsps oil, fry onion till transparent.
- Add chillies, coriander, mint, garlic and ginger. Fry for a minute.
- Add powdered spices and salt.
- Add cabbage, beans and carrots.
- Cover and cook on medium heat till vegetables are tender.
- Remove from fire and mix in peas and paneer.
- Add mashed potatoes and mix well to make a thick dough-like mixture.
- Shape the dough into small round flat kebabs.
- Roll in gram flour.
- Heat oil for shallow frying in tawa or frying pan.
- Fry kebabs in hot oil till brown on both sides.
- Drain and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
