Ingredients:
• 5 cups – beans, French
• 5 cups – green peppers (bell peppers)
• 50 g – mushrooms, fresh
• 1 pat – butter, salted, (1 inch sq, 1/3 inch high)
• 5 cups – cauliflower, raw
• 5 cups – cabbage, fresh
• 5 cups – Zucchini
• 5 cups – broccoli, fresh
• Italian seasoning
• Salt – to taste
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Cut similar-size strips of all the vegetables.
- Heat butter in a wok for about 1 minute.
- Add all the vegetables one by one and cook on high flame for about 5 minutes.
- Make sure the vegetables are still crunchy.
- Remove from fire, season with salt and seasoning of your choice.
- Italian seasoning with a juice of lemon and chilly flakes tastes best.
