Ingredients:
• 200 g – Carrot
• 200 g – Broccoli
• 200 g – beans
• 200 g – Cauliflower
• 1 cube – vegetable stock
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/3 cup – water
Method:
- Cut all veggies into 1 inch long pieces.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add all vegetables and fry.
- Add stock, 1/3 cup water, salt and pepper powder.
- Stir-fry until vegetables are done.
