Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1 kg or 1/2 lbs.
• Onions – 2.
• green pepper – 4.
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp.
• Garlic paste – 1 tsp.
• Cloves – 4 to 5 (powdered).
• Cinnamon – 4 to 5.
• pepper powder – 1/2 to 1 tsp.
• Coriander leaves – to garnish.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add green pepper, onion, ginger paste and garlic paste.
  2. Fry for sometime.
  3. Add chicken and salt. Cook till it is 3/4th cooked.
  4. Then add powdered cloves and cinnamon pieces.
  5. Then add pepper powder to your taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
