Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – peas
• 250 g – Paneer
• 1 – Onion
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/4 cup – Cream
• 2 tbsp – kasoori Methi
• 2tsps – chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop paneer into cubes, fry and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and fry chopped onions till golden brown.
  3. Then add tomato puree and boiled peas. Stir.
  4. Bring to a boil and add cream, crushed kasoor methi, salt and chilli powder. Stir and take off heat.
  5. Add fried paneer to the pan. Mix well to coat.
  6. Serve hot.
