Ingredients:

• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• 6 – potatoes, finely cut into pieces
• Hing – a pinch
• Haldi – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. In a non-stick kadai, put 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Once it’s hot, add mustard seeds.
  3. When they crackle, add jeera, potatoes, hing, haldi, garam masala and saute well.
  4. Add salt when potatoes are cooked.
  5. Serve hot with parathas.
