Ingredients:
• 1 – cup Rice
• 1 cup – Mixed vegetables (like potatoes, carrots, broccoli)
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Add some oil in rice cooker, add onions and chillies. Let then fry.
- Add vegetables, rice, water, salt and garam masala. Cook for 3 whistles. And that’s it.
