Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1inch – Cinnamon
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 2 – Tomatoes, chopped
• Cilantro for taste
• 1 big bunch – Celery
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan; add jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves.
- Add onions and saute them till they turn brown in colour.
- Add celery, cilantro, dhania powder, turmeric, salt.
- Once the celery is cooked, add tomatoes, garam masala.
- Once tomato gets cooked, turn off the stove.
- Curry is ready.
