Ingredients:

• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1inch – Cinnamon
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 2 – Tomatoes, chopped
• Cilantro for taste
• 1 big bunch – Celery
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan; add jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Add onions and saute them till they turn brown in colour.
  3. Add celery, cilantro, dhania powder, turmeric, salt.
  4. Once the celery is cooked, add tomatoes, garam masala.
  5. Once tomato gets cooked, turn off the stove.
  6. Curry is ready.
