Ingredients:

• 2 – chicken, breast pieces
• 2 – medium sized Tomatoes
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 bunch – green coriander for garnishing
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch size pieces.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl. Put chicken pieces in and mix it well.
  3. In pressure pan heat oil, then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 mins, then add chopped tomatoes and fry for another 2 mins.
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry for a few minutes again.
  5. Add marinated chicken pieces, the remaining yogurt and fry till the chicken becomes white in colour.
  6. Now pressure cook for 10 mins till chicken becomes tender.
  7. Garnish with green coriander.
  8. Serve with roti or rice.
