Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – chicken, soft and boneless
• 1 cup -curd
• 3 tbsp -maida
• 3 tbsp -corn flour
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 4 to 5 flakes – Garlic
• 2 -green chillies
• 1- onion, chopped thinly
• Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Mix curd, maida, corn flour, beaten egg, salt, chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste into a fine mixture.
  3. Mix it with the chicken pieces and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Deep fry the pieces in hot oil till golden brown.
  5. To make the garnish for the pakodas, heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add garlic flakes, green chillies and fry till fragrant.
  7. Put on the fried chicken pieces.
  8. Garnish with onions and serve.
