Ingredients:
• 1 cup – chopped cooked Chicken breast
• 2 cans – Chicken broth
• 1 can – diced Tomatoes with Green chilli peppers
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 cup – chopped Onion
• 1 cup – diced green bell pepper
• 2 Cloves – garlic, pressed
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder (optional)
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in chicken broth, chicken pieces and the diced tomatoes and chillies.
- Simmer covered for at least 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
