Ingredients:
• 2 cups – chick pea (soaked overnight)
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – Onion (finely chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Carrot (grated)
• 1/4 cup – bell pepper (finely cut)
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Curry Leaf
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaf (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp – mustard
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Pressure cook Chickpea with salt. Keep aside.
- Add oil in a pan and pop mustard. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell is gone.
- Now add onion, bell pepper and carrot. Fry them well and when the onion turns golden brown, add a little salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
- Now, in medium flame add cooked chickpeas and mix the contents well.
- Close the pan with lid and leave it as such for another 5 minutes.
- Before taking out of the stove, add chopped coriander and curry leaf.
- Serve hot with a cup of tea/coffee.
