Ingredients:
• 4 – meaty Crab claws
• 1/2 cup – onion, minced
• 2 tsp – ginger, minced
• 2 tsp – garlic, minced
• 1.5 tsp – Kashmir chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – MSG (optional)
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 4 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• Spring onions to garnish
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut each crab claw into two.
- Heat the oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic till fragrant.
- Mix chilli powder with vinegar. Add the paste into the pan and fry for few seconds.
- Add crab claws, salt, MSG (optional), sugar, soya sauce and 1/2 cup water.
- Simmer till the claws are cooked.
- Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add.
- Simmer till the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with noodles.
