Ingredients:

• Potato – 200 gm
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch
• Salt – a little
• Green hot chilli – 7
• Cumin seed – 1/2 tsp
• Oil

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes in cubes, grind coriander leaves with 5 green chillies and salt to a paste adding very little water.
  2. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds and 2 whole green chillies and then add potato fry it until it is light brown and then add coriander paste.
  3. Cook it for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
