Ingredients:
• Rui or bhetki fish – 500 g
• Onion paste – 4 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Ginger paste – 1/2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Cumins powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sour Curd – 100 g
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Wash the pieces of fish well, dry and keep aside.
- Mix all the ingredients – except sugar – with the oil and apply on the pieces of fish.
- Allow to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Add half a cup of water and allow to cook well. Add sugar.
- Remove from fire when done and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice.
