Ingredients:

• 200 g – Chicken, cut into thin strips.
• 2 – Onions, minced
• 50 g – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 4 tbsp – Oil
• 4 – Chillies, green
• 4 – Red dry chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 – Medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – Aamchur (sour Mango powder) to taste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the whole green chillies, dry red chillies, separately and keep aside.
  2. Then add the chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste and saute until brown.
  3. Now add the chicken strips to the pan, and fry, for about 15 mins. Then put the chopped tomatoes, aamchur powder, garam masala and continue to fry until it become tender.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and decorate it with the red and green fried chillies.
