Ingredients:
• 2 – yolks of eggs
• 1 tsp – white Vinegar
• 1/8 – tsp salt
• 1.5 cups – vegetable oil
• 4 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
Method:
- Put the egg yolks, salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, red chilli paste and vinegar in a large bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients properly with an egg beater.
- Then, while whisking, add oil gradually till the mixture thickens (add approx 1/4th of oil).
- Thin it with lemon juice (approx 1 tbsp oil).
- Repeat the whisking, thinning until all the oil and lemon juice is used up.
- Add salt, pepper and mix it well with a spoon.
- Chill it.
