Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – mince (beef or mutton)
• 2 – big onions, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 3 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 1 – small bunch Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute for 3 mins.
  3. Add the mince and salt and mix well.
  4. Add the chopped coriander leaves and cook on low heat for about half an hour, till the mince is cooked and all the water evaporates.
  5. Simmer on low heat till the mince gives out a nice aroma.
  6. Serve hot with bread or chapattis.
