Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsp – Dhania,
• 15 – Red Chillies
• 2 pods – Garlic
• Whole Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 2 tbsp – Soya Sauce
• 6 – big Onions
• Salt
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Make a paste of red chillies, garlic, garam masala and dhania.
- Mix this paste with the chicken pieces
- Add haldi powder, soya sauce, salt and add sliced onions along with it and marinate it for 1/2 hour.
- Shallow fry it. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
