Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsp – Dhania,
• 15 – Red Chillies
• 2 pods – Garlic
• Whole Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 2 tbsp – Soya Sauce
• 6 – big Onions
• Salt
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Make a paste of red chillies, garlic, garam masala and dhania.
  2. Mix this paste with the chicken pieces
  3. Add haldi powder, soya sauce, salt and add sliced onions along with it and marinate it for 1/2 hour.
  4. Shallow fry it. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
