Spinach And Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 150 gms – mushrooms, chopped
• 200 gms – spinach, shredded
• 125 gms – cheese cubes
• 250 gms – thin Cream
• 2 eggs
• 2-3 green chillies, chopped

Method:

  1. Saute the onions in butter.
  2. Add mushrooms, shredded spinach and green chillies.
  3. Saute till the water dries.
  4. Put the mixture into a flan.
  5. Grate cheese into it.
  6. Beat the eggs and add the cream to eggs.
  7. Pour this over the mixture.
  8. Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins or until it is golden brown.
