Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 150 gms – mushrooms, chopped
• 200 gms – spinach, shredded
• 125 gms – cheese cubes
• 250 gms – thin Cream
• 2 eggs
• 2-3 green chillies, chopped
Method:
- Saute the onions in butter.
- Add mushrooms, shredded spinach and green chillies.
- Saute till the water dries.
- Put the mixture into a flan.
- Grate cheese into it.
- Beat the eggs and add the cream to eggs.
- Pour this over the mixture.
- Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins or until it is golden brown.
