Ingredients:
• 3 – Medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into medium sized pieces
• 1 cup – Chopped Spinach
• 2 – Green chillies chopped finely
• 6-8 – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves for 1 minute.
- Add the potatoes, spinach, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Then add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are cooked and the water dries up.
- Serve as a side dish.
