Sweet and tangy chutney made with spinach and walnut
1 1/4 cup (250 gm) spinach, chopped
1/4 cup walnut (peeled)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1. Boil spinach with 1 1/2 cups of water. Drain spinach.
2. Add sugar to ground walnut and keep aside.
3. Now add spinach, soya sauce, walnut and sugar ground mixture and mix well but gently.
4. Serve as is.
