Ingredients:
• Gram flour – 1/2 cup
• Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
• Chopped Spinach – 1 cup
• Onion – 1/4 cup
• Green chillies – 4
• Salt as required
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil on a tawa and spread the batter in a circle.
- Flip when the bottom is cooked.
- Take off pan when done.
- Repeat with rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with sambhar or coconut chutney.
