Ingredients:

• Gram flour – 1/2 cup
• Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
• Chopped Spinach – 1 cup
• Onion – 1/4 cup
• Green chillies – 4
• Salt as required

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil on a tawa and spread the batter in a circle.
  3. Flip when the bottom is cooked.
  4. Take off pan when done.
  5. Repeat with rest of the batter.
  6. Serve hot with sambhar or coconut chutney.
