Ingredients:

• Paratas – as required
• 1/2 bunch – Boiled Spinach with water drained from it
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – Tomato chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – Cumin
• 1 pinch rai(mustard)
• 1 tbsp – Chopped coriander
• 1/2 tbsp – Chopped Green chilli
• 1 pinch – Haldi powder
• 1 pinch – Dhaniya/coriander powder
• 1 pinch – Salt for taste
• 1 pinch – Chat masala
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – Oil

Method:

  1. Heat pan. Add oil. Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute it till it becomes brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato.
  4. Stir fry for 2 min.
  5. Now add rest dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
  6. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  7. Add the Spinach and mix well.
  8. Cook for 2- 3 min more.
  9. Add coriander to garnish.
  10. Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
  11. Your yummy Spinach Roll is ready.
