Ingredients:

• 2 Cloves – garlic, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Cauliflower
• 4 to 5 – French beans, cut 2 cm long
• 1 to 2 – young corn, cut narrowly
• 2 tbsp – shredded Carrot
• 2 pieces – cabbage, break into pieces with hand
• 3 to 4 pieces – Prawns
• few pieces – boneless Chicken Meat
• Sauce ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – water or Chicken stock
• 2 tbsp – Oyster sauce
• 3 tbsp – light soya sauce
• few drops – sesame oil
• To taste – salt and Sugar
• 1 tbsp – dark soya sauce (optional)
• 2 tsp – Corn flour, mixed with 4 tbsp water

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tbsps of oil in a wok. Add in the chopped garlic and let it brown in low flame.
  2. Add prawns and chicken meat.
  3. Stir fry, until pieces are cooked.
  4. Add in the vegetables, except cabbage.
  5. Stir fry and add in the sauce (it is advisable to prepare the sauce ingredients earlier in a bowl).
  6. Half way, add in the cabbage and let it simmer.
  7. Finally, add in corn flour mixture and stir for 1 minute.
  8. Once the sauce thickens, dish out.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
