Ingredients:

• 2 cups – beans, cut diagonally or left whole
• 1 – medium onion, sliced thinly
• 4 to 5 Cloves – garlic, chopped into very small pieces
• 1 tsp – chilli paste
• 1 to 2 tbsp – soy sauce( as per taste)

Method:

  1. If you are using frozen beans, thaw them.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and add peanut oil, onion, garlic and chilli paste in that order in 10-second intervals. Keep the heat high.
  3. Then add the beans and saute for 5 minutes in high flame.
  4. Add the soy sauce, salt and plum sauce and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes more in high heat.
  5. Serve with rice.
