Healthy and colorful milk shake with banana and strawberries

Ingredients:
2 glasses milk (Measure with Serving Glass)
2 bananas sliced
8-10 large strawberries (top sliced off)
1/4 cup of yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup crushed ice
Strawberry slices for garnishing

Method:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender except sugar.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into serving glasses.
4. Garnish with strawberry slices in each glass and serve chilled.
