Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fresh strawberries
• 50 to 100 g – granulated white Sugar
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup – plain yogurt or sour Cream
• 120 to 180 ml – Milk or Cream
• whipped Cream for garnish

Method:

  1. Wash and cut the strawberries and place in your food processor.
  2. Process until the strawberries are pureed.
  3. Add the sugar, yogurt and milk and process until combined.
  4. Adjust the sugar, yogurt, and milk as necessary.
  5. Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.
  6. Can be refrigerated for a few hours.
  7. If refrigerating, do not garnish with whipped cream until just before serving.
