Ingredients:

• 2 – bell pepper
• 2 – medium Potatoes
• 1 – big Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• few Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – salt
• vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Chop the onion, tomato, coriander leaf and green chilly.
  2. Heat some oil, crackle mustard and cumin seeds.
  3. Then add chopped onions, green chilli, and fry till they turn golden brown.
  4. Add the mashed potatoes and all the spices. Fry it for another 2-3 mins.
  5. Put chopped tomato, coriander leaves, and mix it properly.
  6. Meanwhile, slice the top off the bell pepper and scoop out the seeds.
  7. Stuff with the potato masala and grease the outside with some oil.
  8. Bake it for 15-20 mins at 400 degree F. Serve hot.
