Ingredients:

• eggs – 4
• Carrot – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Onion – 1
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• A bit of Beans, Potato, Cheese
• Seasoning- as per taste

Method:

  1. Boil the eggs in a pan.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and fry in some oil along with seasoning.
  3. Remove the yolk from the boiled eggs and stuff with the vegetables.
  4. Mayonese can be used as the dip for the eggs.
  5. Garnish with cheese.
