Ingredients:
• 3 – hard boiled eggs
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 cup – grated cheese
• pinch of pepper
• 1 tsp – fresh Parsley
• salt
Method:
- Shell eggs and cut in half.
- Remove the egg yolk from the white.
- Mash yolk and mix well with cheese, butter, pepper and salt.
- Stuff mixture into the whites and garnish with parsley.
