• 200 g – fresh Cottage cheese
• 75 g – Gur
• 50 g – khoya
• 1 tbsp – Raisins
- Keep aside a little gur for stuffing and mash cottage cheese, khoya and gur.
- Put in a heavy-bottom pan and cook the cheese mixture on a low flame.
- Mix raisins with the gur.
- Put the cheese on the palm of the hand, fill with the raisin mixture and close to form a ball.
- Put into desired mould and press.
- Garnish with raisins.
