Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 4-5 tbsp – diced Mushrooms
• 1 – green pepper
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – grated cheese
• 1 tsp – pepper
• salt – to taste
Method:
- Preheat the frying pan on medium heat for 2-2.5 mins.
- Break egg into a bowl and whip briskly with a fork.
- Add other ingredients, stir quickly and pour into pre-heated pan.
- Tilt the pan, if necessary, to distribute the omelette evenly.
- Then cook for 1.5 minutes or until the bottom of omelettes is firm and lightly browned.
- With wooden or plastic spatula, turn omelette over and cook 1-1.5 minutes
- Slip omelette out of pan into plate.
