Ingredients:
• 4 – Potatoes
• 250 g – Green peas
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
• 6 Curry leaves
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp -garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – hot spicy powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Peel the potatoes, cut the potatoes into halves and carve them into bowls.
- Keep these potato bowls submerged in water and freeze it for 2 hours.
- Cut each tomato in four and cook in microwave for 6-7 mins till it becomes soft and grind it in a mixer.
- Heat oil in pan, add cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add 1/2 garlic and ginger paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, hot spicy powder, tomato puree and salt. Bring it to boil.
- Heat little oil in pan, add mustard seeds. When it splutters add cumin seeds, curry leaves, remaining garlic-ginger paste, peas, salt and fry it.
- Dry potato bowls with paper napkin. Grease them with oil. Cook in microwave for 10 mins till it is cooked well.
- Stuff these potato bowls with peas.
- Pour hot puree in serving bowl and put these stuffed potatoes in it.
