11/4 cup suji
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon almonds (shredded)
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add suji and roast until pink.
2. And keep aside.
3. For sugar syrup add sugar and water in a pan, boil for 4-5 minutes.
4. Turn off heat and mix suji, almonds and cardamom powder.
5. Mix well and let it be cool.
6. Now make ladoo to the mixture.
