Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 6 – sundried Tomatoes
• 1 – large Clove of garlic, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
